Where does PortalPuff deliver?
PortalPuff is a technology company that enables local smoke shops to offer on-demand delivery. We currently operate in the Bay Area, California, but we are working hard to expand to your area. Each retailer sets their own delivery hours and radius, enter your delivery address to see if we are in your area.
How long do deliveries take?
Deliveries generally take less than one hour, however, this cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances such as traffic, road closures, delivery distance, etc. Stay updated on the status of your order with the live tracking link provided with your order.
Why was I charged $3.99?
PortalPuff does not take a penny of commission from sales on the platform. To help maintain and improve our service, we charge a small fee of $3.99, which is billed as a separate transaction for legal reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept every major credit card on our platform. We currently do not accept cash as payment for orders.
Where do my tips go?
100% of customer tips go directly to the delivery driver who completed your order.
What kind of products do you carry?
PortalPuff is a technology company that helps local smoke shops offer on-demand delivery. Products that can be found on our platform vary from location to location based on your local smoke shops’ inventory. In general, traditional tobacco, rolling papers, vapes, glassware, and other accessories can be found on our marketplace.
Do I have to be 21+ to order?
Yes, all customers have to be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID at the time of delivery. Failure to provide a valid form of identification at the time of delivery will result in your order being sent back to the store, as well as a $25 restocking fee.
My order is running late, what can I do?
We try our best to provide accurate information on expected delivery time, but we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Rest assured, your order will arrive. Email support@portalpuff.com if you received your order late and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I return an order after it has been delivered?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If you received a defective product, please contact us at support@portalpuff.com and we’ll get in touch with the store you ordered from.
